The Feedfeed and Clarkson Potter Cheese Board Styling event took place at the FeedfeedBrooklyn space with special guest Tieghan Gerard. She is the author of the highly acclaimed cookbook: Half Baked Harvest Cookbook: Recipes from My Barn in the Mountains.
Tieghan arrived before the other event guests and began transforming all the goods: assorted Revittle cheeses, fresh and dried fruit, nuts, cured meats and crackers into an amazing cheese table.
After guests had wine and mingled, Tieghan discussed her styling techniques, and how her cookbook came together. While at home you may be building a cheese board instead of a cheese table, just remember Tieghan’s motto: just keep layering on the flavors!
