Pasteurized goat's milk feta, flavor intensifies as it ages. Brine aged for a minimum of 6 months, salty, tangy flavor, 6 oz. A friend of ours told us our Feta was the closest thing to what Yia Yia, (grandmother in Greece), used to make.  He suggested we change the name from Feta, to Artisan Greek Feta, and enter it in a competition. We did and took 1st place at the ACS 2018!
